When friends and colleagues saw my blog, most of them were rather astonished. Some even commented that it seems unprofessional and girlish.
However, I want to be different from the rest of the real estate agents' blog or website which you had came across.
For this blog, its a little about me. The purpose is to highlight about a day to day life of a real estate agent and some of the cases which I came across. I like to create awareness to the public about some wrongdoings of real estate agents..
All the cases here are nothing but the truth. My diary reflects all the true life encounter.
Nevertheless, I also welcome anyone who has a story to tell. You can email your story to me and I shall consider to put it up on my diary.

I was only 20yrs old when my parents' 3rm flat one of the blocks in Blk 454 and Blk 455 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 (year 1996) were being selected for the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS) program. Many neighbours and my family were caught into the situation that whether we should buy the new allocated location or sold the special privilege to buyers who wish to wait and take up the new flats. The new flats will be in AMK central- currently the Blk 700 series.
Some of the residents there found the new flat very costly and unaffordable and decided to sell their special privilege to buyers. Since my parents were involved, I was forced to study the many rulings of SERS and got hooked on it. I realised that property is a very interesting learning 'subject' to me! Hence, this marked the beginning journey of me as a property agent.
As I was below 21years old at that moment, I was unable to sign any legal documents and had to be attached to my Property Manager. From there, I had sold many flats as most of the residents knew and trusted me well. I managed to clinch many deals of high cash over valuation - $100k as the buyers need not have to ballot for the prestige location and more than willing to pay. This sounds unbelievable but things really happened.
Throughout the many years, I got married and have a set of identical twin boys. I was very busy but I have not given up. I worked on mostly referral cases.
The road of no return
After 13yrs today, I am proud to say that I am an experience agent who can promise and deliver excellent service and support. I understand that everyone needs a serious and experienced professional to take care of all your real estate needs. Whether you are intending to sell, buy or lease your property, you need someone who is capable, committed and most importantly, to serve you with your best interest at heart. If you give me a chance, I would be able to prove that I strive to be a cut above the rest.
